Good to know.
Before you choose your next hoodie.
How does the first-release pre-order work?
Dispatch can be arranged once this release reaches at least 50 pre-orders. The dispatch date is not yet confirmed. Estimated delivery is 7–15 days after dispatch, excluding the pre-order waiting period. You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund by contacting us with your order number.
How do I choose my size?
Check the measurements and fit notes in each product description. Contact us if you need help choosing a size.
How do bundle savings work?
Two eligible hoodies receive an extra 10% off their sale prices. Three or more receive an extra 15% off. Mix designs and sizes. Shopify calculates the final discount in your bag and at checkout; currency rounding may vary by a cent.
When will my order arrive?
See our shipping information for processing, delivery and destination details. Your order confirmation provides the next steps.
Can I return my hoodie?
